Is there a cheaper drug that can replace Bystollic? I’ve been taking Bystollic for almost a year and it is costly.

Bystolic is a brand name drug with no generic available. Nebivolol (Bystolic) is used alone or in combination with other medications to treat high blood pressure. Nebivolol is in a class of medications called beta blockers. It works by relaxing blood vessels and slowing heart rate to improve blood flow and decrease blood pressure. Talk to your doctor about possibly using another beta blocker. Below is a partial list of beta blockers:

List of examples of brand and generic names for beta blockers available?
    acebutolol (Sectral)
    atenolol (Tenormin)
    bisoprolol fumarate (Zebeta)
    carvedilol (Coreg)
    esmolol (Brevibloc)
    metoprolol (Lopressor, Toprol XL)
    nadolol (Corgard)
    nebivolol (Bystolic)
